Beltran & Sendra
Beltrán & Sendra is an alliance of respect, of belief in a love that persists when it is true, which is why our Priorat Beltrán & Sendra wine expresses all the qualities of the area where our vines are grown.
On the palate it is persistent, intense, with a lot of body, keeping inside a mountain of flavors and aromas that awaken when oxygenated. The varieties of this blend are Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carinyena.
Coloma Vernet
Coloma Vernet Priorat is a reference to trades, to a job well done, to the constancy and tradition of wanting to embody the winemaker’s own personality in a wine, without fear of giving it its own character to the result of an effort that is he sees himself surpassed.
That’s why our monovarietal Coloma Vernet wines are not altered by any blending, they are primary, unique, natural as the vineyard gave us the grapes.
The Priorat slate extols the iron and mineral character of these wines. Its youth is rounded off during aging in barrel. Wines without added sulfites. No clarification or filtration to maintain the purity of its character. Limited edition of 300 bottles per barrel.
Garnacha has floral and ripe fruit aromas on the nose that transform into forest fruit compote and sweet tannins in the mouth as its character expresses.
Cariñena is earthy, expressing its mineral and earthy side on the nose evolving into fresh balsamic notes that are expressed calmly in the glass.
Syrah is bloody and ferric. In the mouth it presents a fleshy and ripe tannin, the fruit on the nose expresses and offers notes of raspberries and cassis combined with minerality typical of the Priorat.
Cabernet Sauvignon is extremely fine and elegant. The balance brings to the nose spicy notes and undergrowth that combine with a solid tannin, round in the mouth and low in pyrazines.
